Successful leader with proven track record of 30 years in senior executive roles spanning Sales, Business Development, Business Operations and Channel Sales in the IT industry, Kalyan is the SVP and Managing Director for Cast Software in India helping customers modernize and move their applications to the cloud. Prior to Cast, Kalyan was the Managing Director for PTC where he successfully helped PTC India transition into a subscription company. Kalyan had spent 17+ years where he performed a variety of roles in the Software Group. A science graduate with post grad in business administration, Kalyan is an avid Golf and Cricket enthusiast.
Akhil Minocha
VP- GCC Business, CAST
Akhil Minocha is the Vice President – Sales for the Global Captives Business and Enterprises at CAST Software , empowering enterprises with their Application Modernisation and Cloud journey. He was previously at Persistent Systems Limited where he was the Vice President for Sales and Business Development for Asia Pacific at Accelerite, Persistent's software Product business unit and has worked in diverse capacities in Sales, Business Development and P&L roles in companies like Intel, HCL Infosystems, Airtel and others. Akhil has an experience of more than 25 years in the Technology and Telcom domains in taking Enterprise software products and services to market. He is an MBA in Marketing and Finance and has recently upgraded his skills from IIM Lucknow through an Executive Program in Digital Transformation. He has also been a mentor to varied technology start-ups and is a Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TIE) for the Delhi Chapter.
Arindam Sen
Partner/Principal and GBS Leader, EY
Arindam at EY leads the GCC strategy in the Media & Entertainment and Telecommunications (TMT) segment. He leads a team of TMT professionals driving EY’s growth agenda in the GCC segment with a focus on our go to market strategy across Risk, Business Consulting and Technology Consulting.
He has over two decades of experience in digital transformation, cloud and connectivity and IT Strategy. As a seasoned technology advisory professional, he has driven strategy and execution of global enterprise IT systems and infrastructure in addition to spearheading end-user productivity initiatives.
Prior to joining EY, Arindam was working with Schneider Electric where he was the CIO of their largest region. Having led some of the largest and complex technology transformations in the world, he has a deep understanding of the pitfalls and success criteria of large digital technology changes.
He is an engineer from VIT and has a MBA from Duke University.

Sunil has 27+ years of experience in the IT industry with proven expertise in technical consultancy, architecting, implementing, and delivering value based large IT solutions successfully. Sunil is heading Enterprise Architect Group globally responsible for technology transformation & consulting through delivering future state architecture for LTI customers. His enterprise architecture group also industrializes productivity improvements through CAST adoption, incubates new technology practices for 5G, quantum industry use cases and skill transformation initiatives through crowd-sourcing hackathons.
Abhishek Trigunait

Abhishek Trigunait, as the worldwide CTO and lead member of Software Advisory Board, leads the Platform and Technology group globally at ZS. Spearheading Technology innovations and strategy, he oversees global teams deliver multiple product lines from Prototype to Production, and Product Management to Product Support, across the Life Sciences value chain, from Clinical to Commercial to Patients. As a seasoned global leader, he is an expert at leading large technology organizations, building award-winning products and driving transformational initiatives through effective change management. He currently focuses on SaaS/Cloud, Big Data and AI/ML Platforms. Prior to ZS, Abhishek worked as a senior Director for ePS (WCG), leading teams across the U.S., Asia and Europe. Abhishek holds a Masters in (Business) Administrative Studies from the Boston University and a Bachelors in Computer Science from VTU, Karnataka. He also has a strategic management certificate from Harvard, a project management certificate from BU Global and has pursued an Executive Program in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan & MIT CSAIL.
