Formerly he was the North America leader for Application Services at VMware, where he led teams at several enterprises that focused on rationalizing and modernizing their traditional applications as part of their cloud journey. He has mainly focused on training the customer’s team on how to focus on business outcomes by changing the way of how they build software through Agile and XP practices. He is now the Global Solutions Manager at Google’s Application Modernization practice, and is focused on bringing Google’s unique approach, and its products towards building products for its customers.

He’s passionate about transforming the way companies build software through agile software practices, cloud native technologies and collaborative culture change. He is now leading Google’s Application Modernization practices and loves showcasing Google’s distinct approach towards building products.
