Challenge
Wipro’s client – a UK utility specializing in electricity and gas transmission —needed to move more than twenty Java, .NET, and Python applications to Microsoft Azure. Management needed a detailed roadmap to proceed with confidence.
The portfolio’s size, complexity, sparse documentation, tight deadlines, and unknown open source security vulnerabilities made it difficult for the project team to assess each application and craft a comprehensive plan.
Solution
